This article describes the process of locating Mitel 3300 configuration files, backing them up in a CSV format, and then auditing them through UCentric.

When you select a form, there will be a few seconds of loading before a screen is displayed for that particular form. At the top right of the screen, there will be an ‘Export’ button. Click this, which will then display the export screen. Ensure that when exporting that ‘All’ is selected to ensure all data is collected.

Warning: The loading of forms can sometimes take a few seconds to fully complete. Ensure that when clicking export the correct form is selected as sometimes this will still be showing as the last form that was open. |
Once export is clicked this will download a CSV file for that form to your device. Repeat the process for all forms in the table above. Once all the forms have been downloaded, zip them all into one folder ensuring they are all in the root of the ZIP.

Auditing via UCentric SPA/ZT

Auditing via Audit.exe
Open the UCentric Agent Configuration Wizard by browsing to 127.0.0.1:8080 on the UCentric server. From here create a new site with the decoder type “MiVoice Business (CSV)”.
Copy the Mitel 3300 CSV .zip file onto the UCentric server in an accessible location
Open Audit.exe from the command line, this application is found within C:\Program Files (x86)\MIT Dynamic\UCentric\Voice on the UCentric Server
On the command line enter the following
Audit.exe live MIVB2 -s 123 -d 127.0.0.1 -u sa -p password -f "d:\temp\myzipfile.zip"
