Can you report on call queues, hunt groups and other groups within a PBX?
Yes, we can report on calls to groups and queues as well as internal extensions, DDIs or external numbers.
Can you report on a call if I don’t know all the details?
Yes, we have extensive options for tracing calls in detailed reports and summary reports. Our search parameters allow you to search on calls even if you don’t have the full number or user details by using wildcards and other search options.
