UCentric Dashboard Widgets
Widgets
Below are a list of the widgets that can be added and viewed on the dashboard. At first these need to be added via clicking on the Add Widget button.
Clock
The clock widget can be used to add more variety in the amount of information presented than just statistics. This widget can be configured to display in either 12 or 24 hour format. And the date and day labels can be switched on or off. For any multinational requirements, the widget can be set to use a specific time zone, allowing for multiple clock widgets to be used for different places.
Dashboard Meter
The dashboard meter widget is a single data point that can be displayed as a meter. Such as a speedometer. This graphical display is best used for cumulative single data points, such as total electricity usage in the case of environmental monitoring. Or to show average talk time.
Database Viewer
The database viewer is a widget that can display the results of a SQL query that you define. in the expample of the image above the query is simply returning values from a Logs table within the database. You are able to define the database, the query and smaller details to shape how the data is presented.
Selecting how many rows are displayed and also defining a threshold. So that depending on the query, the results could be measured and perhaps display a warning if they are not as desired. Or opposite could highlight success if the value is perhaps high.
Email Vs Teams Chat Usage
This widget plots a graph to track two data points. Emails and Teams chat. Comparing their usage over the desired time scale and presentation format.
EMG Locations
If your system utilises EMG Locations, they can be plotted as an overview here to show the total usage in a graph format.
Emissions
The emissions table is a widget that displays emissions values in real time and also breaks them down. Showing usage by second, and what effect this can have on the environment tailored to your system.
Endpoint Breakdown
This widget can be used to show the various different end points that exist on a system and display their overall usage. The widget is set by default to compare two data sets, which can be edited in the Properties section.
Event Summary
The Event Summary widget is a simplistic overview of the system at a glance. It includes multiple sources by default and doesn’t allow for any configuration to detract from it. Built to provide event information as and when it is needed.
Highways England Cameras
This widget allows you to pick from a vast array of highways that are monitored by Highways England. You can filter through this large list and get the desired camera. Multiple widgets can be used to display multiple cameras.
These cameras are static images that refresh periodically.
JamCams
The JamCams widget uses feeds from Transport For London, cameras in key locations that show how traffic is flowing in certain areas. You are able to select a location from the drop down menu.
These cameras are short feeds that loop. And are refreshed periodically.
Jira Completion Graph
The widget pictured above can plug into a Jira Service Management setup and pull requested information in the form of filters.
Jira Ticket Summary
This widget, as per the Completion Graph above, requires a filter to be set up on the Jira Service Management system to function. Unlike the above, this is more detailed and is laid out in a table format. Allowing you to have a list of the opening tickets and their statuses to keep an eye on.
Label
The label widget is a simple text box that can be used to contain any type of custom title, label or sentence. Colours and font size are configurable. Furthermore you can expand on the functionality and add images in the box.
License Status
This simple widget pulls the licensing information of the UCentric installation. Providing the serial number to quote to MIT if required.
London TfL Train Schedules
Using data provided by Transport For London, this widget displays a table of information on the recent activity at the station of your choosing.
Mobile Data Usage
This widget taps into the mobile data collected by the system and can display both the upload and download usage. This can be plotted over any desired timescale.
National Rail
Using data provided by National Rail, this widget displays a table of information on the upcoming arrivals/departures at the station of your choosing. You must pick whether you wish for the widget to display arrivals or departures.
Ping
This is a lightweight widget that allows configuration of ping commands. Multiple can be set up within one widget, to allow monitoring of the connection status of systems and websites.
PooDar
A widget used to view the sewage levels in an area that you define, plotting the location on a map and then tailoring the search radius.
RSS Reader
This widget allows the setting up of RSS feeds. You may configure one per widget by supplying the correct URL.
Solar Winds
The Solar Winds widget taps into the available information to give an admin style overview of the health of your system and network. Providing graphical interfaces that show system uptime, scheduled downtime. Dependencies. All in a graph format so that the important information can be achieved at a glance.

Solar Winds EOL
As above, this taps into the same information to provide End Of Life information. Again this information can be both viewed at a glance and broken down.
Target Calls Graph
This widget behaves as others that work on call data, plotting a chosen graph of either Line or Bar. And can display data over any given time period. With this widget, you must define a Target value. And optionally a Source value.
TfL Tube Status
This widget cannot be configured apart from the title. It is set to show the status of the tube lines with information provided by Transport For London.
UCentric Autoruns
A widget that displays all the configured autoruns on the system and their status. This includes both automated reports and the auditing portion of the suite, among other applications such as UC-Blend and it’s scheduled synchronisations.
UCentric Call Forwarding
This graphical widget displays an overall total of the status of call forwarding phones.
UCentric Call Stats
A simple graph that specialises in showing single source call statistics in a graphical format.
UCentric Data Grid
A widget that displays totals gathered from UCentric in simple number formats. Can be expanded to show more detailed results in a table.
UCentric Device Breakdown
This widget uses information from the UCentric Voice Audit platform, displaying the numbers of devices against a particular site or audit.
UCentric Energy Trend
A graphical presentation of energy usage at a location and how the trend may change over a selected timeframe. The energy sources can be controlled within the Configuration section of the widget.
UCentric Graphs
UCentric Graphs are graphical widgets that take logged call data and can display within a graph format. Be that bar or line graph. This can be both displayed and presented over various time scales, such as previous month and displayed in a Day Of Month format.
UCentric Handset Types
Using Voice Audit data, this widget breaks down a list of the different identified handset types on the system using the most recent audit data. Multiple sites can be selected for larger scale systems when choosing what audited information to display.
UCentric Hotdesk Users
Using Voice Audit data, this widget breaks down a list of the different identified hotdesk users on the system using the most recent audit data. Multiple sites can be selected for larger scale systems when choosing what audited information to display.
UCentric Power Management
UCentric Power Management widget gives you a breakdown and overview of the power sources in your system within the same widget. You may customise the sources necessary.
UCentric Simplified Autoruns
A simplified format of showing the autoruns of a system. Foregoing additional information to display just the configured autoruns.
UCentric Source Graph
The UCentric Source widget is an evolution of the original UCentric Graph widget, that allows the various sources to be selected in multiples. Allowing for a populated graph to draw comparisons from. As per the original widget, this too can be set over any date range.
UCentric Source Overview Chart
Similar to the Source Graph, with more of a focus in displaying overall statistics at a glance.
UCentric Trunk Usage
A graphical display of how trunk utilisation of being used through information gathered through the UCentric systems.
UCentric Voicemail Data
For a system that has voicemail data, this widget reports on total values pulled from such information as pictured.
UKHO Tide Tables
This widgets draws upon information provided by the UK Hydrographic Office to display data based on the location that you choose. There is a list to pick from, such as in the above example is set to Southend-On-Sea.
Unused Phones
Information gathered through UCentric logging, this takes the utilisation of extensions and presents information on the percentage of devices that have low call volumes.
Usage Mapping
The Usage Mapping widget allows for a 3D floor plan to be used from the web interface, and can plot multiple different data sources on the plan itself. Such as usage statistics, which can be edited and configured.
Usage Mapping 2D
Similar to Usage Mapping, but forced more into a 2D format to use for statistic floorplans. Grants a greater view over large floorplans as opposed to 3D structures.
Weather
The weather widget allows you to pinpoint your location on Google Maps and displays weather information accordingly. It can be set to display Simple as pictured above, or show a 7 day forecast. You can also tailor the temperature measurement of Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Web Page Viewer
The Web Page Viewer widget is a frame, this allows a webpage to be displayed within the web interface. You are able to configure the URL of any website or any direct page.
