Captured Features and Configuration
This page highlights the features and configuration that are captured from a UCentric Voice Audit for each vendor and PBX model we support. There is a large matrix that outlines our auditing capabilities for each vendor/PBX
Due to the acquisitions of PBX Vendors by other vendors, the columns/sections are separated into both the current vendor and previous vendor names, for example Nortel Option 11/Meridian/CS1K is also known as an Avaya system.
System | Section | Field | Notes |
IP Office | User/Devices | We get voicemail email address, but this may not be the primary email for the user | |
Cisco CUCM | System | Licenses | Only available on older systems (licensing is now off-system) |
BCM | User/Devices | COS/COR | Does not use a fixed model - uses a unique system of schedules and filters which cannot be mapped |
MiVB (CSV) | System | Cards | Online partial detail available as this tends to be a virtualised platform |
Avaya CM | User/Devices | MAC | Only available if device is logged in at time of scan |
Avaya CM | Auto-attendant | DN/Extn | IVR/AA on Avaya isn't really a thing - they use Vectors which are akin to contact-centre style call flows |
3CX | System | Licenses | Only main License 'Key' available in backup |
CUCM/CME | Speed dials | All | System speedials don't exist in Cisco, instead appear as individual BLF/Call keys on each device |
